Inches off the floor, Kathy Hahn hangs suspended upside-down Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at EmilieBromley boutique fitness studio in Naples, Fla. Patrons participated in an hour-long beginner/intermediate antigravity yoga class. Antigravity yoga is catching on as a no impact exercise alternative and or supplement to standard yoga and Pilates. The exercise uses silk hammocks suspended from a ceiling in a sequence of decompression and alignment to oneâs spine, while stretching and strengthening muscles.
